Might as well let everyone know who I am since I'll be role playing here. =]
My name is Shantel, and I am twenty years old, living in Canada. I've been a fan of Twilight since my sixteen year old sister (who was fifteen at the time) dragged me to see the film. Shortly after I bought the books and needless to say, fell head over heels in love.
Since then I have bought, created and am currently still hosting my own twilight RPG, though for some reason thought that role playing here would be quite interesting. It's truly a first for me to go outside of my comfort zone and onto other websites!
I'm a published author, I have countless pieces circulating in Chicken Soup for the Soul poetry books as well as my own poetry book. I have a novel coming out in December of 2010 and currently have a song writing contract through Paramount. (I don't sing, I just write.) I have a fan fiction page with thousands of reviews for countless Twilight-inspired stories of mine and so forth.
Aside from that, I am currently studying Addiction Services, Support Counseling, I'm looking into finishing my undergrad and working towards my Masters degree.
I'm a pretty easygoing person, I don't have an issue with meeting new people. Usually everyone that I take the time to get to know ends up being one of my closest and best friends, so, here's hoping that'll happen here as well!

Oh that's awesome! I can't wait to see your published novel! And I'm a poet as well, or I used to be back in high-school days. It's been awhile. And I love writing stories and such, I have a ton of ideas, and one in particular that I've had since middle school but haven't found the best way to accomplish it. That's awesome that you have a contract for a song to write with Paramount! You seem like such an awesome person and I'm sure we're all going to have a lot of fun!

Writing's my passion, though I likely won't follow it as a career, I'm better suited actually helping people. =] Very awesome to see that you write, as well! Can't wait to get to know you more. =]
BTW: If you need siggies, icons or graphics made, let me know. I have a livejournal with tons that I've made and have no problem making more should people need them!

Awesome deal, would you like to be part of the graphic staff? 'cause I make graphics too but sometimes I need help when things get hectic at college, lol.

Hi there! It's nice to meet ya! As for all the stuff you do.. Well, my special talent is limited to drawing and artsy stuff. Glad to see that you joined the site I was praying that this site would make it off the ground (unlike the last two or three lol) Glad to have you here! You could probably give us some tips for writing and such. My graphics skills suck, but I am a rather nasty... "grammar nazi". There's something about misspelled words, misplaced commas, and using text message style writing that irks me to my core, lol.
