Hello all!
My name is Alex. I am the founder of this forum. I wanted to make a place for all Twilight fans to get together and talk about their favorite series, and have the chance to role play their favorite characters, or their own original characters. And with that, there's a few things you need to follow in order to maintain a peaceful balance on this forum.
If you wish to become an admin:
Must show activity on this board!
PM me for a temporary password for the Council Hall so you may post an application. And the staff and I will decide if you will be accepted or not.
The Application:
Admin Application -
You must have 3 months of experience in being an admin on another site/forum:
Must know some basic html
Be polite and follow the rules.
Provide links back to the sites/forums that you were positioned at (to your profile would be of help so we can verify it).
Give us 5 reasons as to why you think you should be accepted:

General
There will be no: racism, prejudiced remarks, religious bashing, sexist comments, or any other form of profanity accepted on this board. You will receive one warning, and if you fail to change your behavior, your account will be deleted and your ip address blocked.

Keep your profiles clean and decent please!

You may provide links to your profile only if:
They are to your own site/forum (not someone else's unless for credit for graphics/quotes)
Keep signature banners at: 500x150 .jpg/.jpeg/.gif/ .png format.
Credit proper designers for your banners!
If you have a banner, you may have up to two/three lines of text (keep it clean!)
Without a banner you may have 5 lines of text, and two small graphics.
You may have animated graphics but keep the dimensions no larger than 500x150 please and no more than one.
No more than one banner.
Avatars 100x100 .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png format.
We provide some, but if you want to submit your own then that's fine. Credit as needed!

If you promote sites through PMs that is not allowed. We have a section specifically for members to advertise their sites. (NO PORNOGRAPHY/Illegal sites!!!!)
You will receive two warnings. If you keep promoting your site through PMs to other members, your account will be deleted and your ip address(es) blocked).
Foul language -
Keep it to a minimal please, there are younger viewers on this board! If it gets out of hand, I will block cursing all together.
Distorted Text -
Distorted text is not permitted. Such as: ThIs Is CoOl, kewl t@lk, f@#k, and multiple colors, etc.
However, things like "lol, rofl, brb" are okay as long as you don't use them too much.
Double Posting -
Do not double post please, it's highly frustrating and rude.
Multiple Accounts -
You may ONLY have multiple accounts if you have multiple characters that you are role playing as. If you have multiple accounts and they're not for role playing, you will receive one warning to delete them, or we will delete all of your accounts and block the ip addresses.
Fighting -
Fighting will not be tolerated on this forum!
Hacking/File Sharing/etc.
Hacking of accounts or members emails or anything of that nature will be reported to proper authorities as it will not be tolerated on this board. If you're caught you will be deleted from this board as well as have your ip address blocked.
File Sharing is not permitted as it is illegal. If you're caught file sharing, you will be reported to the proper authorities.
Impersonations -
Impersonating a celebrity or political figure, or any body in general is not permitted and could get you up to five years of prison time and possible fines of up to 200,000 *I think* depending on your state. So don't impersonate! That's considered wrong and illegal!
Cyber Bullying -
If you are caught cyber bullying or want to know how to report it (report it to staff here) and we will report it to proper authorities. Cyber Bullying is not permitted on this board and is hurtful!

Role Playing
- Applications
You must submit an application in order to participate in any RPG on this board, it's only fair so that everyone has a fair chance of getting the role(s) they desire. If you are unsure of how to Role Play, please ask an admin or fellow staff member to help you understand it better.
The better the application is presented and the audition, the better chance you have at getting your desired role(s). - Auditioning
When you audition in your application for the role(s) you wish to have, you must do so with a 3rd person point of view. Meaning:
"Edward hissed at Aro as he decided to take the chance to come after his family. He had to protect Bella and Nessie, and he'd do so with his last breath of existence."
Please have at least two paragraphs for the audition. Do not steal someone else's audition from other boards, or from this board. If you're caught stealing someone else's audition or application your request will be denied automatically. - How Many Roles
You may have up to three main characters, and two original characters.
Or you may have three original characters and two major characters.
All characters may be on one account, or on multiple accounts. If you have multiple accounts for your other characters, let the admins know so we don't delete the accounts. - Role Playing Guide:
This board will have RPGs in third person point of view, unless it's the free form RPG section in which case it is up to the person(s) that created the RPG.
NO GOD-MODDING (taking over another character while posting as your own character).
NO DOUBLE-POSTING.
If you have all your characters on one account and need to make another post, you must either find a way to include it in the first post or wait for someone else to post after you've posted.
KEEP decent grammar please! NO DISTORTED text permitted. If you don't know how to post with proper grammar your character(s) will be given to someone else.
Stick to your character, don't change it up just because you feel like it.
Only ADMINS may create Board Hosted RPGs. You may submit ideas to us through PMs but we will be the final judges of what will be hosted.
Crediting
- Photos and Stock:
If you use someone else's photo or stock from another site you must have their permission to use it and have a link back to the site that you found it. If you cannot provide the link or do not have permission, you will have to delete the item(s). Claiming someone else's work as your own is plagiarism and that's illegal. - Fan Fics/Poetry/Original Works
If you have fan fics, poetry, and original works that you post here that are not your own, you must have permission from the original author(s) to post them. If you do not, and do not post credit to them, your account will be deleted. That is plagiarism.
If it is your own work (fan fics are not your OWN work as they are about tv shows/books/movies etc), then please let us know so that others cannot steal the work as their own. - Graphics
If you have graphics you'd like to post on this board, that is okay as long as you have permission from the site(s) you have the images from and textures etc to post the work. If you post it and you don't have permission, you must delete it or we will. If you keep posting someone else's work after the second warning your account will be deleted.
Any graphics that we post here will be credited appropriately. Do not claim images of celebrities and screencaps as your own, that's not right and not allowed. If they are your own image(s) that you yourself have taken, then that is another story altogether.
Post links back to the places in which you've gotten your research from your graphics. If you do not and continue to post the work on the board, you will receive two warnings, then your account will be deleted.
We will provide links back to those places that we have gathered resources for skins and banners and avatars. If we are unsure as to who they belong to we will not post them, as should be the same for you.
